Both of our products started in the room they were made for. Circuit was used every working day, on live lists, by dozens of people, for more than a year before we offered it to anyone else. Every rule in it came from something that went wrong on a real call.
Relay runs every service at Rumatengah, the House of Laksa Johor: the floor, the kitchen, the bar, the counter and the owner's phone, every day they're open. Nothing we sell is licensed in and re-badged. When something needs to change, the people who wrote it change it, usually the same day.
