How we build

Different rooms.
The same four decisions.

Relay and Circuit don't share a single screen. They do share how we decided to build them.

Rules

A rule that matters is enforced, not printed.

Relay won't take payment before the food is out. Circuit won't call anyone after 9 PM.

Speed

Fast enough that people stop checking.

About 200 ms from the floor to the kitchen. One swipe from the row to the call.

Devices

It runs on what you already own.

Phones and tablets you have. Relay's counter needs one Android tablet for the printer.

Honesty

We tell you what it doesn't do.

Relay doesn't do food costing yet. Circuit isn't an accounting system.
